If you make a purchase from us using a credit card then we will request certain financial information such as is normal for an online credit card transaction. In case of Installment purchases, additional credit information, including a consumer credit report, may be obtained from a Credit Reporting Agency.

California Telephony, Inc. cooperates with law enforcement inquiries. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or to other governmental agencies as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, theft, or other activity that is illegal or that may expose us or you to legal liability. Generally, however, we will not make any disclosure without being served with a specific court order or subpoena.

We use standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of user information, such as fire walls and SSL. We take great care to protect our data against loss, and we employ many different security techniques to protect our data from unauthorized access. Despite our best efforts, however, we cannot guarantee 100% security of our data.

We may amend this Privacy Policy at any time by notice. Amended terms shall automatically become effective 30 days following notification. For purposes herein, notice of any change to these Terms shall be effected by publication on this web site and shall be deemed effective on the date such published changes first appear.

Upon your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your personal information from our active databases.
