California Telephony recommends that all telephone and voice processing systems be accessible remotely. Many times problems can be remotely solved quickly and at a reduced cost. In those instances where there has been a hardware failure, remote access will enable our engineers to determine which part has failed and ensure that the technician has that part when he arrives.

California Telephony will also provide one on one telephone support for technicians and associates from other firms. This will include access to over 300 system manuals and software uploads.
