Full document library and lab systems for testing and problem duplication.

One hour of technical support, remote programming or system hardware testing and evaluation $85. Customer to pay all shipping costs and parking when applicable.

Additional support hours are available for $85 per hour in hour increments

This is also applicable to on-site technical services for installation, training and maintenance in Los Angeles County. An additional $48 trip charge will apply.

(2) Managed System Assurance: A contract maintenance arrangement covering all phones and system common control with 4 hour emergency response time and 24 hour minor outage response time. If it breaks, we come to your site and fix it. We will do a system preventive maintenance service call every month to assure that your communications system will provide dependable service.
